Order before 10th at 9pm for pick up  Saturday 13th February between 2 and 6 pm for collection,

Finishing instructions, and notes in the box, plus a few extra surprises

Chefs house brown bread and humus

Prawn salad , Ardfert egg, goats bridge trout caviar , walnut, potato, and pickles

Celeriac velouté soup almond and chive

Café de Paris  fillet steak , portobello mushroom, braised shallots

Goose fat fondant potatoes, roast carrot turnip gratin ,

Chocolate mousse , white chocolate, and essence of rose soup, chocolate shards

Chocolate truffles     €45 per person

Shredded confit duck leg salad, Ardfert egg, truffle, walnut, potato, and pickles

Roast butternut squash and chilli soup , spring onion and feta

Roast monkfish stuffed with a scallop and spinach mousse , clam, and butterbean ragu

Goose fat fondant potatoes, roast carrot turnip gratin ,

Chocolate mousse , white chocolate, and essence of rose soup, chocolate shards

Chocolate truffles    €35 person

Leek, wild mushroom, and chestnut crumble topped with Kells bay cheddar
