· Fish of the Evening

· Baked supreme of Chicken, tasty paste, chorizo mushroom and tomato Ragu, burdock pesto

· 8oz-35day Aged Black Angus Sirloin Steak, Mushroom and Onion’s with pepper sauce or garlic butter (5euro supplement)

· Bee wax marinated Pork belly, cauliflower puree, seaweed jus

 

Dessert’s

· Crème Brulee

· Lemon Tart with Whipping cream

· Chef’s Cheesecake of the day

· Selection of Ice-cream
